I had a great experience with Jamie and Exceptional Motorcar. I came from out of town so Jamie worked with me prior to arriving and was very responsive. Your in the business to sell cars. I was told the vehicles go thrown inspection before being sold. Before test drive I had to have coolant ti reservoir it was empty. I noticed a coolant smell on the vehicles go thrown inspection before being sold. Before test drive I had to have coolant ti reservoir it was empty. I noticed a coolant smell on the test drive. I told Jamie about it . Once home with the vehicle , I discovered the head lights didn't work. Jamie told me to come back and they would take card of the issues. They fixed the head lights but told me they didn't have time to address the the coolant leak. I've have the hose for it, but can't get to it to put it on. So I temporarily repaired the leak. I'm not impressed with the service I received with the preexisting problems in a vehicle that was supposed to have been inspected. More
