Paul and Abbi were both so easy to work with. We called Paul and explained that we needed to see if we could be approved over the phone before spending the time coming in and he was happy to do that for us Paul and explained that we needed to see if we could be approved over the phone before spending the time coming in and he was happy to do that for us. We got the green light and came in a couple hours after we called and he had the car parked up front and the paperwork all ready to go. My husband and I were very comfortable with him and we told funny stories and laughed throughout the process which we found very smooth and easy. Abbi was also very friendly, welcoming and personable and made sure we understood everything we needed to know.
