This dealership sold me an extended warranty with my car. I usually don't buy them because I know at the end of the day, they don't cover anything. Well, this time I fell for it and bought it. Because the wa I usually don't buy them because I know at the end of the day, they don't cover anything. Well, this time I fell for it and bought it. Because the way they explained it to me, I was covered basically on everything other than wear and tare, and things that were caused by me. Two years after I bought the car, the antifreeze started to leak into the cylinder and I was told by Ford I would need a new motor. So the Ford dealership called about the warranty (AUL) and they refused to pay. Said there is a loophole and it doesn't cover this because it was a manufacturer problem. So basically the warranty place said they don't really cover anything. All that money spent to have this warranty that Exceptional Motorcar sold me, was just a bunch of xxxxxxxx. I know I was the stupid one that fell for this. I just want to tell my story so other people can be aware of this so called special warranty that is so great. Exceptional Motorcar should be ashamed of themselves for selling this to their clients. Ron Burk should be ashamed of himself also. He owns the dealership. I called four days in a row to talk to someone about my issues. And each time was someone will call you back. Always an excuse. Guess what, never got a call back. That was kind of strange. Finally they decided on the 5th day to talk to us. They were always in a meeting or busy. The warranty is AUL. I asked when I went in to cancel this if they still sold it. The rude buisness manager screamed at me and said no. She never even asked us what was going on with our car. Never even cared. But that's understandable. Everyone in the building said they were new. That all the managers and sales people were all new from the time I bought my car. Except for the owner. Ron Burk. He never even wanted to talk to us. He had his buisness manager do it. Just be aware of this place. They are shady and lie. More
I've waited 30 days to rate our experience. We are extremely pleased with the process and our vehicle.so far. Everyone was helpful as we traveled about 80 miles to see the vehicle. Customer service is severely lacking. Had a safety issue with a vehicle within 48 hours of purchase and all I got was a shoulder shrug. I was assured when going through signing that everything passed an extensive inspection. I requested the inspection report on May 22. Still haven’t received it. Another issue was brought up when I test drove the vehicle and that was ignored. Won’t be recommending this dealership to anyone. More

Time to bulge those curb areas way to let more water in and more room for roots - if they don't want to be replacing sickly trees in 6 years (ask a tree specialist, arborist). Sales people were great, but I made it easy since it was a cash deal. vehicle could have been detailed better. Needed a new wiring harness and required rewiring found incorrect wiring to bypass correct circuit creating a faulty circuit. Overall happy with purchase. Q More

This place has become one of the “shady” dealerships that everyone should not shop at! They don’t stand behind the vehicles they sell, I bought a 2020 GMC Canyon from them and apparently it had an “88 point everyone should not shop at! They don’t stand behind the vehicles they sell, I bought a 2020 GMC Canyon from them and apparently it had an “88 point inspection” done on it but I guess the suspension isn’t apart of that. When I reached out to see if they would make it right they said there is nothing they can do about it and hope it’s not too expensive to fix. I have bought 3 vehicles from them but I will no longer be a customer. Things were much better when Quintin was there. More
