The only reason for the 4 stars is I had driven 8 hours to look at and purchase a vehicle and was made aware that the bank Exceptional uses will not accept wire transfers after 3:00Pm. It was 3:20. So, I e to look at and purchase a vehicle and was made aware that the bank Exceptional uses will not accept wire transfers after 3:00Pm. It was 3:20. So, I ended up having to drive back from where we were visiting family to purchase the vehicle the next day, which took all day long for the transfer to go thru. So, if you are paying cash for a vehicle make sure to get ALL the wire details BEFORE driving 8 hours to look at/purchase a vehicle. I am pleased with the vehicle that I purchased super nice truck with minor cosmetic flaws. Would purchase from Exceptional Again. More
