I got a great car and I'm getting better credit! I had been working on my credit, it wasnt "fixed" to where I'd like it, but I felt it was time to get a better car for my family. Quinn was patient with my questions and concerns and was diligent in making sure someone would take my money. I dropped by a few places that didn't give me the time of day because I showed up in flops but Quinn treated me like I might have had a million dollars in my pocket. He took my app and sent me on test drives. He didn't put me in anything I couldn't have and did a great job nudging me toward trusting him on this and that, and I did. The numbers that mattered were always clear like they should be. Then when we sat down for paperwork, instead of seeing what I expected to be "the real damage" I saw exactly what he'd told me to expect.
