Wouldn’t take my brand new trade in. Wouldn’t take $10k cash down on top of that. Wouldn’t hold the car with a $500 deposit because it’s “bad business”. Wouldn’t detail the car even though it smelled inside. Wouldn’t fill the gas tank past 1/4 when I drove 2 hours to purchase from them. Car needed new arm bar from previous accident on car fax they didn’t fix. Sent me a check for the arm bar replacement and made it out to the wrong name. They do not care about their customers. Won’t be back. More
