Just another used car lot. "Exceptional" bad customer experience. Out of town, I call and make a deal for a used car. Price agreed to, then "manager" raised the price. Next day Sales Manager says there was a mix up and I end up agreeing to the original price and give him a deposit over the phone. Drive 281 miles to the dealer, car isn't ready, no paperwork completed, dead battery and has undisclosed body damage and a big hole in the seat and three different brand tires. Strategic internet photos don't show that, nor did Sales rep disclose it. Service puts another battery in it and I do the paperwork when it comes out the deposit was never processed. As I'm getting ready to leave, once I got done waiting 20 minutes for the rep to hand me the keys because he's move onto the next prospect, I ask for the keys and he hands me one. Is unsuccessful at locating the second key, and tells me "sometimes things don't work out the way you want them too." You are right about that. Out the door not feeling the "we look forward to living up to our reputation every day" because I have to spend $200+ for a second key. Directly from the Exceptional website: "Finding the perfect used car can really be a challenge sometimes." You can't make this stuff up. Caveat Emptor More
