Overall good experience I had been searching ram 2500's specifically an outdoorsman model. somehow that online search led me to exceptional's webpage so I decided to give the I had been searching ram 2500's specifically an outdoorsman model. somehow that online search led me to exceptional's webpage so I decided to give them a call.Dustin Hernandez happened to answer the phone i ran my situation by him basically needing to get out of my lease truck 8 months early. He consulted with his manager and was confident we could make it work! The following Monday I stopped by met with Dustin looked at the truck . After a short time we came to a purchase agreement . It worked out great ! A few hours and I was driving my new truck home . Dustin as well as finance dept and management stayed over a couple hours after they close to finish the deal . Dustin and exceptional made it easy to buy a truck! Very pleased with the overall outcome! More

Screwed Over I have just purchased a Dodge Journey off the lot not even a month ago , and have been stranded twice because the car won't start. The inception I hea I have just purchased a Dodge Journey off the lot not even a month ago , and have been stranded twice because the car won't start. The inception I heard about should've caught a major problem like the car not starting. I even asked the dealer if there was any major problems and he replied no. Well at least someone's pockets are full. We are a family of five with 3 young children and thought we were purchasing a good family car. Not something that was gonna leave us stranded after 2 weeks of having it. P.s stay away from dodge journeys & exceptional motors just out for you're money , they don't care if there selling you a pile of junk!!!!! More
