Awesome experience!! 2013 Ram Big Horn I searched on line for a different truck than what I had. I found the truck I wanted at Exceptional. The price was good and when I went I saw it and i I searched on line for a different truck than what I had. I found the truck I wanted at Exceptional. The price was good and when I went I saw it and it was exactly what I wanted. I dealt with Doug and had a great experience with him. Of course we haggled but at the end I felt I got a great deal. Doug and the staff were awesome and easy to get along with. Being 65 I had dealt with dealers before and always felt I got screwed every time. Not with Exceptional and Doug. Amazing Service, Easy Process I went to the dealer knowing the models and qualifications of the car I wanted to see, and the budget I wanted to stay within to feel comfortable with I went to the dealer knowing the models and qualifications of the car I wanted to see, and the budget I wanted to stay within to feel comfortable with my choice. I got there late, but Dustin had a car waiting that met the criteria. As I did a test drive, he walked be through the differences between the models I was looking at, not directing me towards any model but just gave the facts so I could make an informed decision. He asked me questions to see what type of financing would be the best for me to manage, and didn’t pressure me for a sale or for a car outside of my liking. I kept him past closing for a few hours and he was super friendly and helpful the whole time, not making me feel rushed. I didn’t walk in looking to purchase that day, just to test drive and narrow down my choices; however, the deal on the car and the amazing service by Dustin and the rest of the dealership made it an easy and comfortable decision.
