We arrived on a Saturday at closing time to look at a truck, unfortunate for us the truck had al We had a wonderful experience with Jordan and Dustin! We arrived on a Saturday at closing time to look at a truck, unfortunate for us the truck had already been sent to auction. Jordan worked his magic and got it back for us to return and test drive. We returned the following week, took the truck for a test drive and within 3 hours we were leaving the lot with a new to us truck! "Exceptional" Experience buying a "Motorcar"! As their name implies, Exceptional experience! We found a vehicle on the internet and communicated via email with Paul before driving over an hour to As their name implies, Exceptional experience! We found a vehicle on the internet and communicated via email with Paul before driving over an hour to the dealership. Everything was in motion before we got there and Paul & Mike stayed late to complete the transaction after we got off work. When we got to the dealership, the vehicle was running, warm, and ready for a test drive on this 9 degree evening. Paul was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. He definitely went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer. He is even ordering the manuals, as they were not present in the vehicle at the time of purchase. I appreciated that they were direct about being firm on the price of the car and they gave me an "all-in" price so I could make an informed decision. The sales rep, Doug, was very helpful and quick. The only challenge was the fact that is was the last Saturday of the year and we had to wait a bit for the financing manager. Overall a very good experience. More
