Amazing People to work with!! We had a fantastic experience with Exceptional Motorcar! We searched for months for a 2017 diesel GMC Canyon Denali- and there it was!! Shanna was fan We had a fantastic experience with Exceptional Motorcar! We searched for months for a 2017 diesel GMC Canyon Denali- and there it was!! Shanna was fantastic with communicating with us and getting us all the answers we needed since we had a 7 hour drive to get there. Once we arrived, we worked with (we can't remember the man's name, but we believe it was Jordan) but he was laid back and not pushy. Mike, that handled the financial aspects of the process, was AMAZING! We had multiple issues with the banks and he was cool, calm, and collected and helped us with every step of the way. We couldn't thank this crew enough for everything they did. Can't wait to make another 7 hour trip to get my next vehicle!! More

A pleasure to work with. I found the 2013 Ford Explorer via Capital One Auto Nav (Pre-approved Financing). I sent an email on a Thursday night after they closed. Friday morn I found the 2013 Ford Explorer via Capital One Auto Nav (Pre-approved Financing). I sent an email on a Thursday night after they closed. Friday morning Christina contacted me. We live an hour away, she stated they would have the car pulled around for us to test drive. We worked with Paul who gave what we asked for trade on our Durango. TJ was great to work with in Finance, there was no pressure to get any of the service plans offered and Gap. We declined both. By midafternoon we left with our new 2013 Ford Explorer. More

Best car purchase experience... EVER! I’m 5.5 hrs and 2 states away from this dealership and was skeptical on negotiating and making a deal. I worked with Mike Coleman. He ended up being extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and overall great salesman. He kept his word on everything we discussed and the car of my wife’s dream was ours. No hassle and sleezy sales tactics. Just a mans word and product. Even after we drove home (5.5 hrs away) we realized we were missing some headphones that were supposed to come with the car. Mike and his team did not hesitate to resolve the issue and overnighted our stuff. Hands down the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever dealt with. will definitely keep this dealership in mind and as a matter of fact I have Mike looking into another car for our 16 yr old daughter.
