Satisfactory Vehicle knowledge either was not there or was not shared. Car was not prepped for my first appointment. Very dirty with cobb/spider webs. I had to realize there was no wrench kit in the glove box. I got the impression that moving the vehicle off the lot was the priority not nessesarily my needs. I hope I made the right decision buying from Exceptional Motor Car. I guess time will tell. More
