Perfect place to buy a truck I looked at many trucks and just when I thought I wouldn't find what I wanted, I decided on a whim to drive the extra 200 miles. Not only did the truck I looked at exceed what I expected a far as luxury items, it was also in nearly perfect condition for a 4 year old vehicle. I definitely didn't expect this considering it was also over 10% less than every other one I tested. The vehicle quality, exceptional service and attention to detail is as good as I've ever had. I highly recommend a visit to Exceptional Motorcar before you purchase elsewhere. More

It was a long trip, but I had a good experience. I travelled 3-1/2 hours from Michigan down to Ohio last week to look at a truck that I ended up buying from Exceptional Motorcar. The salesman was helpful and they had both trucks I was interested in ready when I got there. The only small complaints I had were that they said they would inflate the one tire that was low and they didn’t, and they didn’t give me the key to the locking lug nuts. They may not have had the key, but if that was the case, it would have been nice if they had mentioned it. However, based on the rest of my experience with them, I would do business with them again. More

Satisfactory Vehicle knowledge either was not there or was not shared. Car was not prepped for my first appointment. Very dirty with cobb/spider webs. I had to realize there was no wrench kit in the glove box. I got the impression that moving the vehicle off the lot was the priority not nessesarily my needs.
