Exceptional Motorcar is ALL that ...EXCEPTIONAL! ABSOLUTELY the simplest, easiest and exceptional car buying experience ever. To start The website is so easy to navigate. I found a truck on line an ABSOLUTELY the simplest, easiest and exceptional car buying experience ever. To start The website is so easy to navigate. I found a truck on line and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for, I called the dealership, expecting to get the attitude that I have gotten for the last 2 weeks in looking for a truck. AND boy was I wrong. To start I spoke to Christina, a happy, efficient and professional woman who got me in touch with Paul Duckett, my salesman. It is so nice o to deal with professionals who actually like there job. Paul sent me all the information on the truck, even took additional pictures and explained it all to me. No dickering on the price, it was lower then anything else that I had found by more the then $4500 dollars. Well I must say, I was a bit apprehensive buying a vehicle sight unseen but Paul told me" you will bot be disappointed" I had already gotten financing but Paul said lets try to get a better rate, which he did. So I made arrangements to rent a car, I was over 4 hours away, and drove there. Paul stayed in touch with me and it could not have gone smother.. Paul picked me up at the rental car place, brought me to the dealership. Paul was right, I was not disappointed. It was actually better then he described. I went in filled the paperwork out and spoke to there finance manager, Zack Foltz, he got me all fixed up and explained everything. Then I was on my way. I spoke to other sales people there and also met the owner, everyone just seems so happy in life and to be there. Not a bad attitude or right of entitlement in the bunch. If you have done any vehicle shopping, you know what I mean. To conclude. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else and highly recommend and suggest that if you have not tried Exceptional Motorecars, that you do!! Ask for Paul. More

One stop reliable shop I hate buying vehicles, but exceptional made it an easy and comfortable experience. Jamie, my salesman, was very helpful and personable. Most importantly he wasn't pushy and listened to what I was looking for and stayed in that criteria. Mike, who did my financing, also was personable and very straightforward which I greatly appreciate. I was overwhelmed with the amount of choices I had. I choose to look at 3 and if any of those would have been my only choice I would have taken it. My biggest problem was choosing the one I wanted (not a bad problem to have ). It's very nice not to have to drive all over the place to find a vehicle. More
