Everything went well at first. Salesman was very nice at the test drive. We decided to purchase it for our 16yo and they said they’d clean it all up and inspect it well first. Tha Salesman was very nice at the test drive. We decided to purchase it for our 16yo and they said they’d clean it all up and inspect it well first. That definitely didn’t happen because there was a huge glob of some slime looking stuff in the backseat when we came with a check to pick up the car. Had to wait a bit for it to be cleaned. Then that night once we got the car home we noticed one headlight was out. Wish we would have checked before leaving but not sure how that passed their inspection. They said they’d order a new one right away. Took over 3 months! Was texting frequently asking if it was in yet but then when it finally came in 3 months later we drove back to the dealership to get it replaced and they said they ordered the wrong one. Had to go back home and come back a day later. Really curious how they got one the next day when it took three months to get the first one. Also, each drive there and back was almost 45 minutes. The employees seemed nice but definitely won’t be going there again. More
