Total waste of time and scam! I called them early in the morning and was told that I would be able to buy the car with cash and would not get charged with any fees. Once I arrived I called them early in the morning and was told that I would be able to buy the car with cash and would not get charged with any fees. Once I arrived to test drive the vehicle I was told by David the salesman that there was another person there to test drive the vehicle right after my test dive. During the test drive I told David I liked the vehicle and would like to give a $1000 deposit to hold the car and would be back the next day with cashier’s check for the balance. While waiting for the second potential customer to complete the test drive the salesman tried then they try to sell me a $3,600 package for car maintenance things that over a year wouldn't cost you more than $1,000 total. They charge you a $900 documentation fee. When it takes their employee 20 minutes tops to do the paperwork so they're just soaking money out of you for that doc fee. So, what was an advertised $9,000 vehicle they wouldn't sell for less than $15,000 in cash. Talk about bait and switch. Stay away from this place. Check out all the 1star reviews! More
If it’s been a while and you really want to get screwed, go to Excel Auto Lounge for your next car. They’ll really screw you over. Even better is how they won’t return your call when the SUV you buy from go to Excel Auto Lounge for your next car. They’ll really screw you over. The price they have in their ad over their own website is not real. When going to see the car you cal expect almost 50% more. But they won't really tell you the real price, instead using the good (or bad) ol not real. When going to see the car you cal expect almost 50% more. But they won't really tell you the real price, instead using the good (or bad) old four square car sales technique. When the salesperson came to me with this paper I gave an excuse and left to never come back. They will make you think you are getting an awesome deal but you will never know how much you are paying for the car. I tried to ask how much it would be the cash price but they were not willing to tell me, trying to move my attention to monthly payments. Shady at least. Take your business to a better reputable dealer. More

Visited this past weekend met a very nice salesperson she took the time to sit with me and go over a few different options even though I was extremely anxious my credit is very good and I had terms for me bu took the time to sit with me and go over a few different options even though I was extremely anxious my credit is very good and I had terms for me buying she tried her best we couldn’t come to something that made sense for me . I didn’t want to see any other cars but she did offer overall very pleasant I forgot to mention that for some reason the managers wanted to hold My drivers license to prove I was serious about buying that day or so they say . I think they kept it to force me to have to talk to them at the end of the pit ch . I just wanted to leave I have some social awkwardness and anxiety so this process was already stressing me out . They kept calling me over to go talk I walked over and started talking to a nice guy sitting down explaining why they couldn’t get me approved . The downfall some guy who o can only assume was the general manager he put his hand out to shake my hand and I said I don’t shake hands but said hello. He didn’t want to listen to me or didn’t hear me he asked you don’t want to shake my hand I said no thank you sorry before I could finish he said my mom must have raised different , that put a pause in the conversation I asked are you referring to the way my mother raised me , he said no it’s about mine and her raising me with politeness . I spooked around surprised asked for My DL and left . That guy is what all used car salesmen are portrayed as and why people hate buying cars . Amy was phenomenal that should have left my experience end with her I definitely would have been back with a co-signer. More

In my life I've purchased over 60 vehicles for myself. These range from cars costing 3 figures to cars costing 6 figures.I've bought from private individuals, new car and used car dealers. I'm a car guy. These range from cars costing 3 figures to cars costing 6 figures.I've bought from private individuals, new car and used car dealers. I'm a car guy. I currently own 11 cars. I have a very simple method for negotiating price. I don't negotiate price. I do all of this either over the phone or electronically. I never meet the seller till we agree on a price and I'm going there to pay for the car and drive it away. I tell them I have no trade, I'm paying cash.I simply ask them to give me their final out the door over the curb off the lot price I need to pay them for them to give me the title and keys to the car. I let them know I'm not interested in any warranties, appearance packages, tire and wheel protection packages, window vin etchings, nothing except the car. I plainly explain to them to include all charges, sales price, sales tax, motor vehicle fees and any addons they include. I could care less how they arrive at their final #.If I like the # they give me, I reiterate that I'm OK and I agree to this # and not 1 penny more. If you ask for 1 penny more when I show up-I'm walking out. I reiterate to them, that if the car is as represented by them I will pay this agreed on price not 1 cent more and I'll dirive it away. This dealership refused to give me any price. They said they only negotiate price in person standing in front of the vehicle. I made it clear to them I don't like wasting my time with riduculous negotiations. I also made it clear to them that I'm OK with their advertised price on car Gurus. All I need to know is what the final out the door price is. Later I saw another ad they had on Cars.com for $1500 less then CarGurus price. I sent them the Cars.com ad. They said they would meet competing advertised price if cars were same. I explained, it's not a competitor price, it's your ad. I repeated for the last time don't bother calling, texting, emailing me if you don't have a final out the door price for me. They(2 differennt people) kept on calling, texting, emailing asking if I was still interested and would I come in. My last response to them was that I've lost confidence in them, have no interest in buying any car from them and please stop contacting me. After a week they finally stopped contactingme. After seeing all the comments on here about almost doubling the sales price with inflated bogus dealer fees I can see why they refused to give me a price in advance of me showing up. I guess they think if they have you standing there in front of the car they have a better shot of you paying their ridiculous inflated price. More
