Visited this past weekend met a very nice salesperson she took the time to sit with me and go over a few different options even though I was extremely anxious my credit is very good and I had terms for me bu took the time to sit with me and go over a few different options even though I was extremely anxious my credit is very good and I had terms for me buying she tried her best we couldn’t come to something that made sense for me . I didn’t want to see any other cars but she did offer overall very pleasant I forgot to mention that for some reason the managers wanted to hold My drivers license to prove I was serious about buying that day or so they say . I think they kept it to force me to have to talk to them at the end of the pit ch . I just wanted to leave I have some social awkwardness and anxiety so this process was already stressing me out . They kept calling me over to go talk I walked over and started talking to a nice guy sitting down explaining why they couldn’t get me approved . The downfall some guy who o can only assume was the general manager he put his hand out to shake my hand and I said I don’t shake hands but said hello. He didn’t want to listen to me or didn’t hear me he asked you don’t want to shake my hand I said no thank you sorry before I could finish he said my mom must have raised different , that put a pause in the conversation I asked are you referring to the way my mother raised me , he said no it’s about mine and her raising me with politeness . I spooked around surprised asked for My DL and left . That guy is what all used car salesmen are portrayed as and why people hate buying cars . Amy was phenomenal that should have left my experience end with her I definitely would have been back with a co-signer. More
This dealership should be reported for its shady practice. They advertise the cars, and one price then change the price once you get there, I will never buy a car in this place. In my life I've purchased over 60 vehicles for myself. These range from cars costing 3 figures to cars costing 6 figures.I've bought from private individuals, new car and used car dealers. I'm a car guy. These range from cars costing 3 figures to cars costing 6 figures.I've bought from private individuals, new car and used car dealers. I'm a car guy. I currently own 11 cars. I have a very simple method for negotiating price. I don't negotiate price. I do all of this either over the phone or electronically. I never meet the seller till we agree on a price and I'm going there to pay for the car and drive it away. I tell them I have no trade, I'm paying cash.I simply ask them to give me their final out the door over the curb off the lot price I need to pay them for them to give me the title and keys to the car. I let them know I'm not interested in any warranties, appearance packages, tire and wheel protection packages, window vin etchings, nothing except the car. I plainly explain to them to include all charges, sales price, sales tax, motor vehicle fees and any addons they include. I could care less how they arrive at their final #.If I like the # they give me, I reiterate that I'm OK and I agree to this # and not 1 penny more. If you ask for 1 penny more when I show up-I'm walking out. I reiterate to them, that if the car is as represented by them I will pay this agreed on price not 1 cent more and I'll dirive it away. This dealership refused to give me any price. They said they only negotiate price in person standing in front of the vehicle. I made it clear to them I don't like wasting my time with riduculous negotiations. I also made it clear to them that I'm OK with their advertised price on car Gurus. All I need to know is what the final out the door price is. Later I saw another ad they had on Cars.com for $1500 less then CarGurus price. I sent them the Cars.com ad. They said they would meet competing advertised price if cars were same. I explained, it's not a competitor price, it's your ad. I repeated for the last time don't bother calling, texting, emailing me if you don't have a final out the door price for me. They(2 differennt people) kept on calling, texting, emailing asking if I was still interested and would I come in. My last response to them was that I've lost confidence in them, have no interest in buying any car from them and please stop contacting me. After a week they finally stopped contactingme. After seeing all the comments on here about almost doubling the sales price with inflated bogus dealer fees I can see why they refused to give me a price in advance of me showing up. I guess they think if they have you standing there in front of the car they have a better shot of you paying their ridiculous inflated price. More
The salesperson who we were in contact with make an appointment with me. However, I was told he was not at this office. Scam artists! !! Unprofessional. Got a car from there signed no contract was promised a warranty for a year nooone calls me back. I bought an Audi in December had !! Unprofessional. Got a car from there signed no contract was promised a warranty for a year nooone calls me back. I bought an Audi in December had it for 11 days and the engine blew. I asked for my money back and they played the stall out game of that it was my fault. Brought the car in for service a week after I bought it cause I was driving the car to Virginia for the holidays the cars engine blew as soon as I got to Virginia and their mechanics told me I was good to drive it. Ended up in Virginia for 5 days longer than I intended to be. I had the car towed back at my expense my car was there on 12/28 and they didn't agree to fix my car till almost the end of January 2024. I had my car back on 3/13 still received no paperwork no contract nothing in writing. They had my car for 3 months when I picked up the vehicle I did not have my plates or tittle and the car was towed three days later and was in the impound for a week until I was able to get my paperwork. All at my expense. Within a month I had to change the oil and I was constantly having to put coolant in the car. They do not call me or answer my calls. They said they would pay for my rental all of it then it was 40$. Day and I was given 30$ a day for the month of January. I have bankrupt my self with this car and all cause of a shotty dealership. Mark the service manager said to me no one told you to drive to Virginia, umm excuse me Mark I didn't buy an Audi S5 to look at it no what he wanted to say was he didn't expect me to do that myuch driving before the 30 day mark and be liable to fix the lemon he sold me and tried to tell me that I didn't have the warranty ok so I just gave u 19k for a car and I didn't want the warranty. I have gotten a lawyer at this point. I've contacted BBB and consumer affairs. Next will be the local news. Terrible dealership More
I visited this Dealer last week and was concerned about some bad reviews i read online, a soon as i arrived a young man introduced himself to me Malik and was VERY NICE - I explained my concerns right up f some bad reviews i read online, a soon as i arrived a young man introduced himself to me Malik and was VERY NICE - I explained my concerns right up front, He agreed to go over any questions regarding the vehicle i was interested in, We walked to the back lot where the vehicle was located , i am a long time truck buyer and looked over , inspected everything i needed to see- next stop his manager Sal Lanuto -Also VERY NICE, we discussed all my questions -NO PRESSURE -Sal made some very informed me regarding some good options for me to consider to PROTECT ME. I was GLAD I VISITED instead of going by some bad reviews i read on-line, Most likely will be back to purchase this vehicle soon. Both Malik and Sal were very upfront and made me feel Secure in Purchasing from them, PS i am a Industrial Mechanic for over 40-Years and seen their Repair Shop -Very Impressive - If i was the owner i would reverse the building have the shop in the front for customers to see from the highway -Most Independent Car Dealers do not have a Prep Center/ Repair Shop this size to handle all the different vehicles they sell. The total scammers. The advertised price is half of what they end up asking in bogus fees. I called before I arrived about their fees and terms. The fees they quoted for The advertised price is half of what they end up asking in bogus fees. I called before I arrived about their fees and terms. The fees they quoted for the vehicle seemed standard and reasonable. I arrived and spent hours waiting while the salesman was “negotiating on my behalf” for the best price and best financing. The final breakdown included thousands of dollars for fees that no other dealership charges, such as “destination fee,” “existing additional upgrades”, and “processing fees”. They advertised a car for 16.5k and gave me the final cost of 29.9K. A total waste of time. They most likely specialize on people who have a hard time getting credit approval so when they are approved they are willing to draw a credit that far exceeds the actual car value. Stay away from them. More
