Eye sight fixed I brought my forester into get the eye sight fixed. It would not activate or would run for a minute then turn off. After a diagnostic was run on the s I brought my forester into get the eye sight fixed. It would not activate or would run for a minute then turn off. After a diagnostic was run on the system Jason let me know that the camera was non functioning. It would have to be replaced. It is expensive to fix. Jason was able to talk to his supervisor and Subaru to get the work done. I was responsible for $200. Which is much less than the original quote. Our forester is fully functional and we are happy with the service provided. More

CVT fluid exchange Alex, my service advisor was wonderful. Even though the service department was slammed the day I had made my appointment, he still made sure everythin Alex, my service advisor was wonderful. Even though the service department was slammed the day I had made my appointment, he still made sure everything was taken care of correctly and in a reasonably timely manner. Their price was not the lowest around for this particular service, but when I presented a price quote from a rival dealership, they matched it. On top of that, he discounted the service slightly to make up for the wait. Truly great costumer service. This is my second time to take my Subaru to Ewing Subaru and I have walked away happy both times. More

Customer Service used to be 5+ Stars Maybe with Alex back things will get better. Phone service sucks big time! I hate most of the changes made since Ewing bought it!!
