Awesome service department! Great service, they had the part my dealership in another town was out of stock in, they had ordered it but it was on back order for the past 2 wks. T Great service, they had the part my dealership in another town was out of stock in, they had ordered it but it was on back order for the past 2 wks. They worked me in right then & put on the part & it was done in a couple of hours. The service rep even called my dealership to verify the code my car had thrown. I will definitely use them again when I’m looking for my next car. We had bought my previous Subaru from them & had great experience then,too. More

What could have been bad was made great! While it is great for a service experience to be completely trouble free, sometimes how a dealership deals with problems is more important. My car While it is great for a service experience to be completely trouble free, sometimes how a dealership deals with problems is more important. My car needed some warranty work (Subaru extended warranty), which was completed faster than expected. When the shuttle brought me back to the dealership, the service adviser told me an accident happened and my keys wound up in another car that had already driven off. The dealership had already sent someone to get the keys but I would have to wait a while for them to get back. This could have left me with a bad impression, but without me asking for anything, my service adviser waved the warranty deductible. Instead of being annoyed at an understandable mistake, I left extremely happy that without me asking for anything my service adviser found ways to try to make things better. I really appreciate the adviser doing this and making this a great experience. (Also, I forgot the name of the shuttle driver, but he was the nicest guy you could ever meet.) More

When my rear view mirror detached from the windshield, causing glass breakage, I expected a big hassle, but received only kindness. Ewing Subaru is my new favorite dealer!
