When I walked in the service center doors and waited while Alex was on the phone, several people saw me waiting and made sure I had been helped and assured me I would be taken care of shortly, which I appreciated greatly. A young man named Devin shuttled me back to work while my car was being worked on - he was also friendly and professional and I was not worried as a passenger - his driving was safe.
