Your customer service representative, Alex, was amazing! He was encouraging, supportive, and professional not to mention an all around nice person. Ewing Subaru of Plano was the only Subaru dealership able to see me on short notice. I was traveling from out of state and once I arrived the service center ran a few tests and within minutes were telling me what the issue was and how it should be repaired. I was in a situation where Subaru "Grandfathered" me in under their 100,000 mile warranty program. They really took care of me! I'm so grateful for Subaru's generosity that I'm planning on upgrading to a newer Subaru model in the near future! Thank you Subaru and Happy New Year!!! More
