Great service, very prompt and professional. From California traveling to FL, had a pinched windshield washer tube. They fixed the problem very quickly while I waited. I'm very frustrated that I cannot get the rattle upon cold start issue taken seriously. My father has the same exact new vehicle and it doesn't make this rattle. But Subaru insists there is nothing wrong cold start issue taken seriously. My father has the same exact new vehicle and it doesn't make this rattle. But Subaru insists there is nothing wrong. Our family has had around 10 different Subarus in the the last decade and none of them make this rattle. I just get told its fine but I'm sincerely not convinced they are looking very hard. New vehicles shouldn't make this noise. Everyone is very nice and tries to be helpful. But the issue is simply not getting taken seriously and it makes me feel like its time to try a different brand as I'm afraid if a more serious issue develops, Subaru won't take it seriously. More
