The waiting room had a table with power outlets and Wi-Fi so I was able to work while I waited for my Forester. The drinks and snacks made waiting over lunch easy. The online system for tracking my car while it was serviced, being able to text with my service advisor, and also the ability to review additional issues found and the price of fixing them, all from my phone, was convenient and easy. More
