I scheduled a service and confirmed it but they did not have me on the schedule when I arrived. Also, I requested the shuttle service for drop off and pick up but they forgot the pick up service and their have me on the schedule when I arrived. Also, I requested the shuttle service for drop off and pick up but they forgot the pick up service and their driver left for the day. They said it will take 30 minutes to pick me up but took longer. I had to catch a ride from someone else. I texted my service advisor several times throughout the day and reminded her that I needed to be picked up. She did not respond until much later and later said that she had an emergency. I have worked with this service advisor in the past and she used the same excuse. I believed her the fist time but not this time. We eventually took my car to another Subaru dealership with the repairs recommended by this this advisor and they disagreed with several repairs that this advisor said I needed. More

Lauren and her team are very knowledgeable and professional. Not to mention friendly and accommodating. That is only the front of the house staff that I met.
