Confusion Staff were friendly and courteous but not sure how competent. When I was picking car up I was told that the inspection showed dirty filters but no one had asked me or attempted to replace. Also, Amy does not have a drop of windshield wiper fluid which makes me wonder if they checked and/ or topped off ANY of the fluids. Will be taking my car elsewhere to confirm. Finally, the automatic seat adjustment and memory function doesn’t work post battery replacement More
Always trusted for nearly 10 years Bring the 2003 Forester for a fuel smell and AC refrigerant leak. In fact, very minor one which I did not have a high hope to completely fix. At least, I need some comfortable level that I am safe to drive. Madalyn and Doug carefully heard what I have observed and took my request very seriously, and found the very root cause of both problems in record time! They found a few other related issues and fixed altogether within 3days. As my home town is 100 miles away (Subaru of Plano is the closest), they completely understand my requirement. As I have been their customer for nearly 10 years, this is one more reason for me to return with confident. I could not be a happy customer than now. KUDO goes to their entire Subaru team! Thank you very much!! More
Great staff Bring my 2012 Impreza for a recall service, scheduled Madalyn Sanders as my adviser but Alynne Nguyen whom was my advisor last time, recognized me and Bring my 2012 Impreza for a recall service, scheduled Madalyn Sanders as my adviser but Alynne Nguyen whom was my advisor last time, recognized me and take care of me at no time. She lend me a Premium Legacy while my car is in service. Madalyn keep me updated when delay occurred, and notify me when my car is completed. When I went to pick up my car, my paper is ready and Alynne bringing my car in less than 3 minutes. They totally knows how bad I must want my own car back, I appreciate their thoughtfulness. More

Disappointing Service Department I scheduled an oil change and airbag recall repair for 3/1/2019. It was extremely difficult to schedule this appointment and get repair updates. Each time I expressed concerns that my calls were not being returned, another message was taken (a process that had failed repeatedly). When I arrived at the dealership, to pick up my car, on 3/1 @ 6:55 pm, my car had not been serviced or moved from the space I had parked it in the night before. The staff seemed confused and more concerned about which service representative I should be directed to than dealing with the situation. I cancelled my service request and requested my key. I realized Ewing Subaru gave me the wrong key fob when I unlocked someone else’s car door. We have always been impressed with the high standards and consistent service we have received from the Subaru dealerships we have visited previously. Unfortunately, Ewing Subaru did not meet our expectations. More

She's 128K miles, 12 years old, and running great. The team at Subaru is professional, helpful, honest, and collaborative. They balance priority repair concerns versus issues that can be monitored over time to make owning and maintaining my Subaru as cost effective as possible. I value and trust their advice. I found myself in a very stressful situation this Thanksgiving holiday with several personal/family medical issues going on and very unfortunate timing of a warning light indicator coming on in my Subaru. Even with a very busy day in the service department at the Dealership and all the holiday nuttiness, Kyle went above and beyond to help me work through the issue, get it addressed, and get back on the road so I could focus on my family's needs. Thanksgiving is a day for blessings. Thank you, Kyle and the Subaru Service Team - grateful for everything! More
