My 2018 Outback is now out of warranty but I will still come here for any care my car needs. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I had a roadside emergency and the service team went above and beyond to take care of us. Not only did they get us right in but they helped keep my three boys entertained with snacks and a white board for them to draw on. The service advisors here are great. They do not just provide great service but are very friendly and communicative. At most shops, it is I who is calling for vehicle updates or to know when my vehicle w provide great service but are very friendly and communicative. Here, my service advisor Lauren, not only called me with an update for services required but also met the time frame that she originally stated the vehicle would be done by, a rare occurrence in the automotive industry.
