Service writer, Rodriguez, was professional and attentive. Express maintenance work was comprehensive and detailed. Estimated prices for recommended work (replacing 2 marker lights, replacing 1 l attentive. Express maintenance work was comprehensive and detailed. Estimated prices for recommended work (replacing 2 marker lights, replacing 1 license tag light, and replacing 1 engine air filter was unnecessarily expensive, causing the customer to decline these services and do the minor work himself at a savings of $109.00. The service work and inspection and car wash were efficient and well documented. I do not begrudge the dealership for asking premium prices for simple, routine maintenance, but the work that I can do myself, I will probably do myself (at a considerable savings). More
