Compared to the nearly 25 other dealerships that I shopped when looking for a vehicle, Ewing was hands down the very best. They were the only dealership to let me customize my order to suit everything shopped when looking for a vehicle, Ewing was hands down the very best. They were the only dealership to let me customize my order to suit everything I wanted with nothing that I didn’t want. They were upfront, patient and positive people. Ross brought me into the initial sale but when I needed help on a day he wasn’t there (I just came in because I had a break in my schedule), Trey stepped up and finished out the sale based on the folder Ross put together. Trey did a great job on the fly, answering all my questions and putting me at ease. Lydell in Finance took care of the finance details in the home stretch, helping me with warranties and extras that I wanted. I never experienced an ounce of pressure, but instead the team patiently answered all my questions and clarified points of confusion with poise and ease. The whole team was outstanding and left me feeling great about the whole experience, which is extremely unusual for the average car buyer, especially in today’s sellers market. I’d send these guys all a bouquet of roses, I was so pleased. Thanks so much Ewing Subaru, you’re awesome! More
