While I was waiting to sign docs, she seemed incredibly put out that I asked her to call Edwin to let him know I left my phone in the car. Rude and never showed any courtesy at all! She is NOT a fit for customer service. I'm so disappointed the dealership doesn't offer free car washes, used car warranty or satisfaction return policy. But, the car is in great shape and I was overall very pleased! Thank you!! More

I have owned more expensive "Luxury Brands" and seen their fancy service waiting areas, but I have never felt more comfortable and more like family than I do at Ewing Subaru. More
