I purchased a 2015 Legacy when this dealership was Plano Subaru and have returned for all of the routine maintenance. All the interactions have been positive. I have been thinking about buying a new Subaru Subaru and have returned for all of the routine maintenance. All the interactions have been positive. I have been thinking about buying a new Subaru for a couple of years. I held off because of the delays associated with chip and supply shortages. That is until I was given an Outback to drive as a loaner one service visit! I decided to order an Outback Onyx with my list of desired options. The prior purchase was a positive experience and this one was even better. I asked questions of several staff over time and all of them were friendly and helpful. Jeremiah, the sales rep, was great! He was personable, helpful and patient throughout the process. He kept me informed without being pushy. I really appreciated that. Rob was also a pleasure to deal with for the financial part. He offered products but did not push and he explained clearly when I had questions. More

I had a great experience with Trey Shaw. He did a fantastic job keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle and answering my questions.
