We purchased an Impreza Sport Limited that had been hail damaged, and as such had to be returned to have that particular work performed on it. All this was handled with really great service and attention to meeting our needs. Chris made sure our tank was full of gas when we left for home. Jeff, and his crew made sure the loaner car was ready to go, and the crew from Dent Zone did a great job on the dent removal. They did leave a sound dampner/asthetics panel off on the passenger side in the engine compartment. But this was fixed easily with two moulding fasteners from the local parts store. Not a problem. We also had the windows tinted and air deflectors installed over the side windows. Once again, an excellent job done. Many thanks, Wade Maberry More

I was under a lot of stress even thinking of buying a car so I did a lot of research on my own until I felt comfortable to buy one right away. I went to numerous dealers but after talking to Byron I was determined he was the guy who would work with you until you walk out the door completely satisfied. Every request I made he tried his best to make it happen. After purchasing car the service was even better and I got to trust him completely. The manager and all the other salesmen were so friendly and helpful except this one guy. I went to him through the Costco Auto Program and, boy, you can really be more rude than him. I got a better deal than the Costco price. Byron is genuinely a nice guy. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership at a heartbeat. More

David (service manager)asked if I would like to speak with a sales rep. I said that I loved my Subaru and did not need a new car. Then I met Darrell and we started talking about what I liked about my car. Darrell was a great listener and advocated for me and I ended up getting a great car and a great deal. Darrell is very personable as is David and I felt I was being treated truthfully. Great experince! Linda Grable More
A few months prior we had purchased a Subaru Outback for my wife, and my wife and I had a great overall experience with the folks at Subaru of Plano then. This time around, I was due for a new car with m my wife, and my wife and I had a great overall experience with the folks at Subaru of Plano then. This time around, I was due for a new car with more space, and so we decided to give Subaru of Plano another shot at it. Chuck Timmerman, Darren Davis, and Isaiah Crowe once again surpassed our expectations and made the entire process easy, time conscious, stress free, and most of all pressure free. There’s no other way to describe it…Excellent 5/5-star customer service! Thank you all for the effort! It is well appreciated. Cheers!!! More
Darrell was very knowledgeable re my outback and was able to get me answers to All my questions, he walked us thru the entire process, very accommodating, not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend Darr to get me answers to All my questions, he walked us thru the entire process, very accommodating, not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend Darrell to my family and friends . Also he was able to get me top dollar on my 2007 Hummer on the trade in. Everybody at the dealership was friendly, eager to help and very nice to work with. I Purchased my vehicle from Darrell at Subaru because I had received no customer support from other businesses re my questions and concerns re the selling process. The trip over to Subaru of Plano was well worth the trip from Sachse! More
Lois D. Toth & Family: I called and checked around the DFW area for a nice salesman who was well trained and knew his car product line I was relieved to find a salesperson by the name of Darrell Hair the DFW area for a nice salesman who was well trained and knew his car product line I was relieved to find a salesperson by the name of Darrell Hair in new car sales and leasing dept in Plano at Subaru. I made a 6:00pm appt. with Mr. Hair and was professionally greeted and welcomed and my questions for my hubby and I were met quickly and honestly. I bought a new 2012 Subaru Forester for a fair price over their invoice amount (I double checked from my own edmunds.com source)the money and stuff matched up perfectly. The dealership and management gave me fair market value on my 2004 Honda Accord tradein car. I got a very low interest rate in the finance dept. with Isaih and bought GAP insurcence too. I was was never pressured in our buying SUV process...it was a blesssing to be treated with kindness and not taking foever like 5 hours when I bought another import years before! I have referred many friends and family to Darrell Hair and the past month...all 3 bought Outbacks. I love my Subaru...why I bought is simple...they made it so easy to say yes. God Bless Them. More
Who would have thought that buying a car could go so breezy? Chuck Timmerman, Isaiah Crowe and Darren Davis are quite the team. I went in to only look, as I did not know much about Subaru (other than m breezy? Chuck Timmerman, Isaiah Crowe and Darren Davis are quite the team. I went in to only look, as I did not know much about Subaru (other than my friends who own them, love them). I learned a lot, test drove a few and fell in love with the 2012 Cypress Green Outback. They actually didn't have the green one in stock, so it was driven in from Houston within a week. They gave me a new Outback loaner to use until mine arrived. Buying a car is never a fun process, but making an honest connection with the sales/finance team is very important. I found my car, they made a sale and gained a friend. I now go in every few weeks for my free car wash (a great perk) and I feel like they are family. David, Casey and Kevin also have kindly assisted with recent requests, no questions asked. They took good care of me during and continue to take great care after the sale. Love this dealership and the guys who make it great! More
Mike the Service Manager adopted a condescending and paternalistic attitude with me when I had taken my two year old Legacy in for the fourth time to get the sunroof fixed. While fixing the sunroof, th paternalistic attitude with me when I had taken my two year old Legacy in for the fourth time to get the sunroof fixed. While fixing the sunroof, the technicians somehow blew out the fuse that controls the power mirrors. After taking my car in repeatedly for a problem with the front seat, this was the last straw. I didn't receive an apology, but did receive an offer of an "accessory" for my troubles. Sorry a Subaru cap or t-shirt won't cut it. That dealership is plastered with slogans touting their committment to customer service--too bad the service manager doesn't take the time to read and internalize them. More
