We went to this dealership to buy forester and we had every thing worked out as to what we need. As we were walking towards the door the sales man showed u and said that he can direct us in right direct every thing worked out as to what we need. As we were walking towards the door the sales man showed u and said that he can direct us in right direction. We told him what we wanted. He took us to where the cars were lined up and said that these are the cars. I asked him to open one of them so that we can see and he said he do not have keys if any one is open we can see it. I asked for the price and model information he said the price and details are written on each car we can see and that is final. He then walked away to greet some body else. I bought from Mckinney dealer the very next day. Do not recommend any body to this dealer ship as if pre sales is like this what can you imagine about after sales More

Three hours later Steve called to inform that the car was ready and that the driver would pick me up. When I picked the car it had been washed and cleaned inside. Car is running well. He was un Subaru of Plano: The salesman was good, but kept me there for longer than was needed, trying hard to sell me a car I clearly didn't want. He was under pressure so I told them I'd stay if they could make it worth my while. It was the end of the month and they "got aggressive" #rollingeyes, telling me they would drop the price on a 2011 Outback to $18.9k from $21.9k. Sounded good...for now. The salesman was doing his job...but I didn't know the sales/finance manager was so shady. They offered me 13.9% interest & $7,000 trade-in for my 2007 4Runner that books at $15,800 AND I would need to place $2,000 down?! So I'd be financing $26.4k total & puttin $2k down. How is that worth anyone's while? I was amazed that they even offered the deal. The sales/finance manager gave me a creepy contemptuous/derisive look/laugh as I walked out without any comment or protest. No effort to talk or win my business on his part even though there was no one else on the lot. It was like he was actively working to sabotage the sale. I had my friend at Red Bumper evaluate the deal that was offered to me...his words (not mine) "WOW!!! Those guys are CROOKS!!" Do you want to waste a couple of hours getting jerked around? Then I highly suggest you head on down to Subaru of Plano. More
I was dreading buying a new car - I had had my current vehicle for 13 years and am not fond of the usual negotiation process of going back and forth, dealing with less than knowledgable salespeople, etc. vehicle for 13 years and am not fond of the usual negotiation process of going back and forth, dealing with less than knowledgable salespeople, etc. I finally did some research online, checked out the Subaru dealerships online and choose Subaru of Plano to start with. I sent an email saying I wanted to buy a Forester XT, received an immediate response and everything flowed from there. The salesman, Youngblood Stahley, is knowledgable about Subarus, had the vehicle I wanted ready for me to test drive, he even offered to pick me up at work to do the test drive! He showed me the features, talked about the car & we even stopped at Starbucks! I wanted to think about it overnight & he offered to let me take it home to drive some more and return the next day - which I did. He put a full tank of gas in it. It was nice to have some time to drive it in my area, to my work, see it in the garage and do some more thinking about it. I returned the next day to discuss price. The negotiations went well, the finance dept was able to get me a better rate than my bank (I was preapproved for the loan at Wells Fargo), and left with my new Forester. All in all it was a good experience and I will definitely go back to them. More

He was not only frindly but had the exact vehicle I requested online pulled up to the front of the dealership ready to demo. He was very detailed and explained how the features and functions of the vehicle would benefit me. He also took the time to answer the questions I had as well. After we got back from the demo I explained to him that I was very interested but could not finish the transaction until the next night. He assured that it wasn't a problem and did not try to rush me to buy that night. I came back the next day and after some easy negotiation I was in Finance in no time! Isiah Crowe was my Finance guy and he was quick and efficient! I love my new Subaru! The dealership experience was awesome! I recommend Subaru of Plano and Chris Culbertson to everyone for their next vehicle! More
