From great to unsatisfactory. Service while the car was under warranty was awesome. Now, it has been getting progressively worse. During the last visit (9/14/16), a battery service was performed. Quarter of the engine bay is now splattered with something that looks like rust or some orange chemicals. Plastic engine cover has been broken off (!!), and just left sitting loose on the engine. Have two recalls on the car, and keep being told the parts are not available, while getting recommendation for servicing things that have no need to be serviced, or should be according to owner's manual (22k only, 5 yrs car). More

Outstanding Buying Experience Found car online, called to confirm they still had car, spoke to Darrell Hair and he confirmed they did. When we arrived Darrell had keys ready and Ca Found car online, called to confirm they still had car, spoke to Darrell Hair and he confirmed they did. When we arrived Darrell had keys ready and Carfax report printed, was not pushy and very honest. After test drive he said to take our time since car was for my son, he gave us his best offer. I called next day and asked for one item to be included in deal, he had answer very quickly. We made arrangements to do the deal after work, again Darrell had all his ducks in a row. We were in and out in under 1 hour!! One of the best if not greatest car buying experience I have ever had. More

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We went in on May 31st to test drive a car that was on there website. Turns out they don't even have the car THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We went in on May 31st to test drive a car that was on there website. Turns out they don't even have the car on the lot. SO we drove a car that we knew was over our budget, my husband fell in love with it. After his car, of less then a year old, got totaled in the hail we had in Texas I was willing to do anything need be to have him smile again and have a car he loves. So we got the car, over the monthly payment we told them. Before we agreed to anything we made sure that they understood we were still dealing with the insurance on getting the majority of his car paid off, then we would have to take out a small loan to finish paying it off. Well it took two weeks longer then we thought to get the money from the insurance agent. Meanwhile I got daily texts from the car sales person harassing me when I told him I would keep him up to date on what is going on. After we learned that insurance had paid there part, we paid a thousand dollars that we had put aside, the very next day my husband made the personal loan application with the bank to get the loan paid off. We have been keeping them up to date with every little thing we did that way they were aware. My husband went last Wednesday to sign the finished paperwork for the personal loan that we had to get. We were told by the lady in the bank they would send a letter to the dealership stating it was paid off. Then today was the final string when my husband threatening texts saying they are going to have to take drastic actions as we have not been keeping in touch and letting them know what is going on, in other words they were going to come take the car back. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. We have done everything that we can as fast as we can and it seems as if they are not being understanding, along with harassing us none stop when if, we had an update I told them right away. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVEN IF IT IS THE LAST DEALERSHIP AROUND. More

In the end, I found the entire experience to be a pleasant visit with friendly individual who is passionate and knowledgeable about the Subaru vehicles she was showing me.
