We had researched prices online, and found that their prices actually came up a bit lower than KBB pricing. Our sales rep (Cody) did a great job of answering our questions during our visits that day. We also test drove an Audi and a Volvo, but came back for the Outback. Our finance guy Ryan made all the terms and conditions clear, and we left that evening with a car we've been happy with since. So far it's been a very good purchase experience. More

She's 128K miles, 12 years old, and running great. The team at Subaru is professional, helpful, honest, and collaborative. They balance priority repair concerns versus issues that can be monitored over time to make owning and maintaining my Subaru as cost effective as possible. I value and trust their advice. I found myself in a very stressful situation this Thanksgiving holiday with several personal/family medical issues going on and very unfortunate timing of a warning light indicator coming on in my Subaru. Even with a very busy day in the service department at the Dealership and all the holiday nuttiness, Kyle went above and beyond to help me work through the issue, get it addressed, and get back on the road so I could focus on my family's needs. Thanksgiving is a day for blessings. Thank you, Kyle and the Subaru Service Team - grateful for everything! More

I can tell you that I had the absolute best experience leasing a car at Subaru of Plano. The staff was very friendly, helpful, informative and took great care of me! The negotiation was quick, my paperwork was done in a timely manner and they had me out the door loving my new Outback in no time! Cody was my salesperson. Very easy to work with. He even picked me up to take me to the dealership! When I arrived, all the paperwork was prepared in advance and the general manager was there to greet me and thank me for my business. Way to go Plano of Subaru team! More
Amazing Car Buying Experience I loved my first first, but it was getting beaten up and wasn't conducive to my job and hobbies. After some soul searching, I decided it was time for I loved my first first, but it was getting beaten up and wasn't conducive to my job and hobbies. After some soul searching, I decided it was time for a change and had always heard great things about Subaru. My parents went in the day before I did to look at possible car options for me, where Vicki initially helped them. She was so helpful, in fact, that we made sure that when I visited with them myself the next day, we specifically asked to speak to her. She talked to me briefly about what I was looking for in a car and immediately knew which to recommend, allowing me to take a test drive in both. The test drive she took me on helped me see myself in the car in real life, and highlighted all the features of the car. There wasn't a single question she couldn't answer, and she was a wealth of information on both cars. It was obvious she truly loved Subarus. She could see which one I was leaning towards, and knew of a brand new dealer trade that happened to be exactly what I wanted. We put a hold on the car and returned a few days later, again specifically waiting to see Vicki. I have NEVER had such a pleasant, easy experience buying a car, it took no time at all and the time spent was like hanging out with a friend. Vicki helped me get exactly the terms I wanted, and then sat with me in my new car to go over important features and answer any questions before I left. This location itself was full of the nicest people, just wanting to help as opposed to force a car on me. I LOVE the car, and felt extremely confident buying it. Vicki really made the experience though, and is obviously an asset to this company. Friends and family have heard of the experience with her, and are now considering purchasing/visiting Subaru because of the customer service I received. More

I purchased my 2017 Subaru WRX early 2017 from this dealership & they treated me well. I did decide to also add a 2017 Subaru Sti to my collection that i test drove about 2 weeks ago with salesperson Connor McCown & advised the dealership that I would come over on Saturday with my trade in. To my misfortune, someone beat me to it & got a hold of perhaps the last Subaru Sti in the Rally Blue color with the lip trim instead of the ginormous spoiler Although I was heartbroken that I did not get the vehicle, the salesperson was on his toes to advise me when it was sold, my trade in value, the add on's that were available & the like........and this impressed me about his personality. That same Saturday i visited another dealership & I did not get the same service and the Sti that I wanted was also sold (Wow! everyone were after the 2017 Subaru's before the 2018 started to come in) I would be privileged to return to this dealership & visit with Connor again for any future Subaru vehicles. TOTAL GAME CHANGER! Truly grateful. AME CHANGER. After having been looking at luxury cars for a few weeks I was totally exhausted and over the car shopping game. Then I saw an ad late at AME CHANGER. After having been looking at luxury cars for a few weeks I was totally exhausted and over the car shopping game. Then I saw an ad late at night that was geared toward the "free spirit/adventure" lifestyle. Boom. I got on the Subaru manufacture website and educated myself on Subaru, their culture and what they're all about. I fell in love. I used the manufacture store locator and the #1 listed was Subaru of Plano. I called first thing the next morning and Jared answered...he seriously sounded like he was in an awesome mood! So refreshing. He didn't ask me the "typical" questions before setting up a test drive with me. He said we'd love to have you come in and experience Subaru! Went for the test drive the next day and was introduced to Vicki Belt. This woman is THE BEST representation of Subaru. Wow. From the moment I met her, her positive energy and love for what she does was so apparent. She went on the test drive with me and her passion for Subaru, it's brand history, the car...everything was contagious!!! She educated me and not only that but showed me that car buying can be FUN!! :) After working with Vicki, it was a no brainer. Next was finance in which the finance manager, Ryan Alger, was helping with my purchase. This guy is what every car finance manager strives to be like but can't ever get there. He just has it. He was 100% honest, transparent and made sure I understood everything the whole way. It was quick, SO SMOOTH and I trusted him. He is highly educated on his specialty which I greatly appreciated, and helped me successfully lease my first new Subaru Forester! I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. I'm proud to say I'm done with luxury brands and am a lifelong Subaru owner with Subaru of Plano because of their amazing team and culture....and well...the car is freaking amazing. THANK YOU!!!!
