The focus always seemed to be: honesty and integrity. There was two experiences that summarized the visit: my son sat in the driver's seat and said, "this is the most comfortable driver's seat ever!" and son said, "when they let you walk away, you have a great deal." I purchased a 2019 Subaru Outback and I love it! Ibrahim is the reason I returned to the dealership, and Vickie is the reason I purchased the Outback. More

She lend me a Premium Legacy while my car is in service. Madalyn keep me updated when delay occurred, and notify me when my car is completed. When I went to pick up my car, my paper is ready and Alynne bringing my car in less than 3 minutes. They totally knows how bad I must want my own car back, I appreciate their thoughtfulness. More

Disappointing Service Department I scheduled an oil change and airbag recall repair for 3/1/2019. It was extremely difficult to schedule this appointment and get repair updates. Each time I expressed concerns that my calls were not being returned, another message was taken (a process that had failed repeatedly). When I arrived at the dealership, to pick up my car, on 3/1 @ 6:55 pm, my car had not been serviced or moved from the space I had parked it in the night before. The staff seemed confused and more concerned about which service representative I should be directed to than dealing with the situation. I cancelled my service request and requested my key. I realized Ewing Subaru gave me the wrong key fob when I unlocked someone else’s car door. We have always been impressed with the high standards and consistent service we have received from the Subaru dealerships we have visited previously. Unfortunately, Ewing Subaru did not meet our expectations. More

No one called to say the part was in, while I've driven for two weeks with no radio, navigation or bluetooth phone. They told me they had loaners when I bought the car, but the service guy said "no, not on Saturdays." The receptionist told me yesterday I had a noon appointment today to get the part, but I got an email with a date a few days away. Service guy won't email or call me back. Tamela, their fixer, was supposed to give me a 25 gas card for all the hassle (about the plates, no loaner when I tried to get my car fixed two weeks ago) and the number she gave me is disconnected. This post-purchase service is not good...nothing like my new car purchase from Volvo or Toyota in years past. More

Came in that afternoon, and was immediately dragged over to a desk to start talking numbers. Add insult to injury when I was told that the price range I was looking for definitely wasn't achievable and that I "probably have been told no alot on my car search". So happy I was able to get into my new 2018 Infiniti Q60 Sport the very next morning. Crazy since it cost more than the STI. Definitely wouldn't attempt to do business with this dealership in the least. More
