Not the same as before Ewing takeover I’m sorry to report that after years of excellent care with Huffines Subaru, the new owners changed or dismissed the former service team. Not pleased! I’m sorry to report that after years of excellent care with Huffines Subaru, the new owners changed or dismissed the former service team. Not pleased! At last service, my GPS was disengaged yet no one can explain it nor fix it. During today’s service visit, it was a uncoordinated mess — long lines; disjointed communication and having to chase down answers to questions called in for appointment, again at check-in and throughout the appointment. I noticed the wiper fluids were not filled despite paying for a full service check up and advised all fluids filled. I’ve lost confidence in this dealership since using them for 5 years sad to say. They couldn’t even get check out right. It’s seemingk run by kids just out of college without much experience and I don’t trust them with my car. The debacle with my GPS and lack of explanation is unacceptable. More
