When I walked in the service center doors and waited while Alex was on the phone, several people saw me waiting and made sure I had been helped and assured me I would be taken care of shortly, which I appreciated greatly. A young man named Devin shuttled me back to work while my car was being worked on - he was also friendly and professional and I was not worried as a passenger - his driving was safe. Alex (service advsior) was great. He kept in contact while my wheel studs were being replaced. Madalyn (SA) helped me with a safety check last week, she was excellent too. Another dealership wanted too much money to tighten down one bolt on the U-joint of the steering rack, which was causing it to be loose. ( they caused the issue and were not honest about it) Ewing was honest and just took care of it, since it was a very simple fix. I will always bring my Subarus to Ewing if I have an issue that I can't fix or find myself. More
