Nitro11, we apologize that you feel negatively regarding the purchase of your GMC truck from us in November during Black Friday. We passed your note along to our management and understand that it was discussed that the $2k discount you got on the truck from the advertised price voided the gift card. The gift card promotion was only for sales at listed prices that day. Our records show this was disclosed at time of sale. As for your concern with oil change trip computer, the error was likely the computer was not reset on one of the two oil changes. Again, we apologize these issues left you with a 2-star opinion of the experience overall and we look forward to improving your perception of us moving forward. We wish you the best!

My late response is due to not seeing your email response. Concerning the two reported oil changes, I find it highly unlikely that you forgot to reset the computer BOTH times. Even if the oil was changed and the computer was not reset, the remaining oil life should not have gone down from 100% to 52% in just 2,000 miles / 5 months. Maybe, just doesn’t seem correct.
