Let me start by saying I never write reviews. I work in a service industry and rarely do companies exceed my expectations. We had a great experience with Ewing! We were looking for my daughters first car a service industry and rarely do companies exceed my expectations. We had a great experience with Ewing! We were looking for my daughters first car. I found a few online we were interested in. As soon as I sent in my inquiry, Daniel reached out to find out more about what we needed. We had a brief and productive conversation , he was friendly and knowledgeable and we set up an appointment to test drive a couple of vehicles. When we got to the dealership, he was with another customer, but had alerted a colleague, Angel, and had the vehicles pulled up and ready for us. We took them out, they’re was no pressure from them. When we got back I asked several questions about the one we were interested in. Angel was truly professional and answered everything in a very straight forward manner, including pricing and safety information. We decided to buy and the process was quick and easy. I normally hate buying cars and have worked with and shopped at many dealerships. This is by far the best experience I have had. Thank you!!! More

Kyle Reynolds always goes above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I've never had a service advisor be so thorough to make sure my car is safe and functioning properly. I am very pleased with my service experience. Tiffany did a great job earning back a little lost trust. I had a few issues previously but talked with Tiffany about them and how I was feeling about returning a great job earning back a little lost trust. I had a few issues previously but talked with Tiffany about them and how I was feeling about returning for service on something previously serviced and was still having an issue with it. She understood my concerns for my hesitation in returning but assured me that she would over see my service and which service advisor would make contact with me for any updates or questions and that she would have the master tech looking into the issues I was currently having. Long story short Tiffany did a great job keeping me as a returning customer. I highly recommend Ewing Subaru for your service needs. They go above and beyond when it really matters. Kyle kept me updated and was very nice to work with. I will be returning for any future service. Hopefully only routine maintenance but if any issues arise I will bring it here. More
