We took our Outback into the dealership for service when we discovered a puddle of water on the passenger side of the car. I initially thought that maybe it was an air conditioner problem but it turned out to be a leak in the windshield. We’d had the windshield replaced by a 3rd party earlier in the year and apparently they’d not sealed the windshield correctly. Kyle coordinated with us AND the third party to get the seal fixed. He also replaced the carpet and removed any mildew they found. I’ve never had a service experience this good at a dealership. Not only was everyone friendly and professional but Kyle went the extra mile working with me and the 3rd party to make sure everything came out perfect. More

I always get great service from Ewing. This time I came in with a problem with my front license plate (every time I replaced a screw it fell out again) and some quirkiness with my speakers.
