Not impressed with this Finance manager. Very condescending and pushy. Blatantly asks for 100% Subaru Satisfaction survey score, based on the fact that he sold me a car? I also got a call week later from a female asking about how the sale went, I told her my concerns and was told she will call me back and she asked what would it take to get 10 out of 10 on the survey (again), never got call back but I did get email from Subaru... needless to say I scored them very poorly. I was very impressed with the professionalism and overall friendliness of everyone I met there. The fact that I got my car return so quickly, along with reasonable pricing, and checking to ensure car was in friendliness of everyone I met there.
