Next day I showed up without an appointment, and through the courtesy of an attentive Service Advisor things moved smoothly and I got the needed work done. Thanks. I was sorely disappointed that the dealership did not make a good faith effort to negotiate fairly for my purchase. I asked 4 times about negotiating the price of the auto I purchased and/ or giving me a better trade in price for the auto I traded that was in pristine condition. The sales manager never gave an inch, and I should have purchased elsewhere. I understand that Carmax and other places do not negotiate on their pre-set price, but I've never had a dealership that would not negotiate at all. I expected a deal where both parties benefitted, and the dealership was the only party who benefitted from my sales transaction. More
Kyle Brinkmann went above and beyond to communicate with me about the status of my car. We had some trouble working with my insurance but he got them to focus on my claim and deliver the needed supplemental me about the status of my car. My wife generally hates to take any car in for maintenance or repairs. She anticipates a haggle. This time she took it in for oil change and mentioned the drivers side window seal was loose. The technician was very understanding and offered asolution that was not intimidating or condescending to her. She said she felt very much at ease without any anxiety.
