I waited in the service line in my car for over 10 minutes while I could see the employees and porters just conversating. It took too long, so I just got out of my car and went into the dealership. Lastly, my car was still dirty after the car wash and was not dried down so has water drop marks all over and was not vaccumed on the inside. Coming from visiting many other dealerships in the same area, I was very disappointed with this service and will be using the McKinney Buick dealership even thought it is farther. More
