Great Service As Always! I received a letter from GM stating I may have a brake vacuum problem and if I did to take it to the dealership. The problem was I was already over th I received a letter from GM stating I may have a brake vacuum problem and if I did to take it to the dealership. The problem was I was already over the warranty coverage from GM according to the letter. Anyways I took my truck into Ewing and got it diagnosed and I truly did have the issue. Thank God that I have an extended warranty and they covered the repair for my deductible. Moral of the story is, have an extended warranty and a great dealership such as Ewing to take your truck to!. More

Needs new management A month ago, I was in the market for a new car so I visited their showroom. I came on my Harley, so I was dressed accordingly. I spent over 30 minutes browsing the cars in the showroom, getting in and out of them to check seating comfort, and not a single salesman approached me to even say good morning, let alone help me select a car. I purchased a new Envision at another dealership which came with nitrogen filled tires. Shortly after getting it, I lost air in one of the tires and wanted to take it to the dealer to repair the tire and get the nitrogen replaced. When I called for an appointment at this dealershp, I was told that they do not have the capability to support the nitrogen tire program. Really? They are selling dozens of cars a day with nitrogen filled tires, and they are too cheap to acquire the equipment to support the program. This place needs new management. More
