I feel ripped for the first time in your dealership and am seriously considering switching to another dealership or changing my car altogether. I paid $833 including a $65 part for a job that took in total 3 hours from putting the parking brakes on to driving off the dealership. It means, this job took at the max 2.5 hours, which means this is $300/hr job. I am not driving a Porsche for God's sake. The issue was a malfunctioning front wiper washer pump and a blockage in the back washer inside the trim. I diagnosed the problem in advance, and told exactly what it was but I can't get a quote before the car goes into the service and the $189 diagnose fee. Plus the trim came back sort of broken, but I put it in, but if it gets loose, the car's going back to the dealership possibly for good. I would like that $189 to be reimbursed to me as a service credit so I can get an oil change or two for free. For comparison, about a year ago, I paid a total of $2000 for a main seal fix, which included removing the engine and transmission and my car stayed in the dealership for 4+ days. I feel like the technicians estimation is not healthy and as a customer I have no visibility to the work that's being done. I do not want to pay the prices of the Mercedes service (owned by the same company) next door. If I did, I'd be driving a Mercedes not a GMC. More

Did an online trade appraisal and received a very good value. In fact, I was quite surprised. I knew deep down this value would not stand so I proceeded to start the purchase process on a new truck anyway value. In fact, I was quite surprised. When it came back, I found that it was way too low. After conversations with the General sales Manager (Matthew Pilkington), he explained how the programs they use don’t work as well with newer model and low mileage vehicles was the reason for such a discrepancy. After he calmed me down, it was determined that we both still wanted to work out a deal. In doing so, we settled on a very fair, trade value and a deal was made. A lot of extra work was involved as the vehicle was in transit and it took persistence to get the vehicle to the dealership before the end of the promotional period. I was very surprised that he stepped up like he did and took ownership for a flawed program that caused this issue. We continued the purchase process and successfully purchased the vehicle. He worked with me the whole time and saw me though every aspect of the process. He went above and beyond to make my car buying experience as positive and enjoyable as it should be. It was a coordinated effort by a lot of team members to get this deal done. This gentleman, and the rest of the Ewing staff, are the real deal. More

I have owned over 30 cars, and have had many different sales experiences. The experience with Don at Ewing GMC has been by far the most positive. Far exceeded my expectations.
