Randy was very patient with us and took the time to fully understand what we were looking for in a new vehicle and also to explain what options were available that met our specifications. We also explained that we were considering two other makes of vehicles besides the Buick LaCrose, namely, the Hyundai Genesis and Lincoln MKZ. He encourages us to explore the other vehicles and even gave us a contact at a Hyundai dealership for us to visit. I understand now that he was not worried about the competition because the Buick LaCrose would sell itself and ultimately end up being our choice. He was right. There were no hard sell tactics and he worked with us to get us the bottom-line price we felt we wanted to pay. It was a win-win situation all around. We also were impressed with the GM with whom we also spoke during our negotiations. Again, it was a very pleasant sales experience.
