I had just come from the Lincoln Dealer when I stopped in at Buick to see Randy Harp. The rep at Lincoln was knowledgeable but somewhat arrogant. I found Randy to be very pleasant and relaxed. I liked the car and we came to a reasonable price. I like Buick. My first car was a 1939 Buick Special in high school in 1954, solid black like a gangster car. We had great fun with it. Great car. I own a 2009 Buick Enclave and we like it very much. I bought the same color LaCrosse as our Enclave and now have a matched set. I don't like pushy or arrogant sales people. Randy Harp is none of those. He was just the right person to sell me a car. Great personality, and excellent salesman. Randy was very helpful and as he promised, he remains helpful. I feel that I can count on him. I live near McKinney where there is a Buick dealer but I am glad that I bought my car from Randy and Ewing. I get such great customer service at this dealership in Plano that I drive in from Houston to get my car serviced!!!! I had to move to Houston last year for a job transfer. I was on my way to the Jaguar dealership just further down the road, but I turned into Ewing Buick, because I saw this car and just knew this could not be a BUICK and it turned out to be the BUICK LACROS down the road, but I turned into Ewing Buick, because I saw this car and just knew this could not be a BUICK and it turned out to be the BUICK LACROSSE. My uncle always told us, if we ever buy a car make sure it was a BUICK, because he had a 50 something BUICK ROADMASTER (A TANK) and this care could run, was dependable, and road pretty good for a big car, to me. And I wanted a place that had some African American Salesmen and when I drove up to Ewing Buick, yes here come the brothers "CAN WE HELP YOU SIR" and I was going to the Jaquar Dealer. Darrell was the man, explained everything to me, about the car and being 62 years old, I was afraid I would not be able to even open the door on the car. He was patient with me, explained every thing about the car, the test drive was "HEAVENLY" THANK GOD FOR EWING BUICK, AND DARRELL AND THE MANAGER OVER SALES. I AM TREATED LIKE ROYALTY, WHEN I GO BACK, FOR CHECKUPS OR IF I HAVE A QUESTION FOR DARRELL, IT DOES NOT MATTER, THEY MAKE SURE I AM TAKEN CARE OF. Suzanne Koerwer is a pleasure to work with. She was not the “pushy swarming sales person” which for me, is a complete turn off. She is prompt to follow up and is very knowledgeable of the product. They were very helpful. When my initial car purchase fell through, (because of hail damage to the vehicle in transit to the dealership) I was very disappointed. I have been trading with GMC for over 15 years. Steve Fortner has been one of the reasons I have stayed with Ewing because of his excellent service. That is what people look for in a dealership, someone they can truly trust. In working with Barry Wallace he is always concerned if I am being taken care of and continues to have my respect along with Steves. When purchasing my last vehicle from Suzanne Koerwer, she really made the experience a pleasure and this was my first time working with Suzanne. Overall Ewing has been my best experience in car dealerships. Great People! More
I moved back to TX from out of the country, and had called Suzanne based on a reference from a friend.
