At this very moment, being that it was our first visit, we had no intention to buying a new car. We only wanted some information on th Buick Lacrosse. Gary very nicely answered the few questions we had. He wanted us to at least see the inside of the Lacrosse and as we did that, Gary began to give a clear explanation of the features that this particular Lacrosse had. That began a great dialog. All in all we were very pleased in the manner we were greeted and we were very impressed with the professionalism we experienced with everyone we came in contact with.
