This was not the fault of Mr. Harp who made every effort to accommodate these items. I fault GM for failing to recognize my sacrifices to our country. More

Robert Turlington was our Sales Consultant and we could not have asked for a better experience. We have purchased cars at several other dealerships in the area and I have never felt the “personal touch” that we received with Robert. He made the experience of buying a car so quick and painless. The truck that Gary liked did not have leather seats or a bed liner, so we had to bring the truck back into the dealership to have these things added. Robert was there to greet me at the door with the loaner car ready for me to go, so I hardly had to wait anytime at all! He called when he said he would and followed up when the questions that I had. I am in Client Services myself, so I understand how important it is to make an impression on someone, and Robert and your dealership truly made an impression on me! I will certainly recommend your dealership to anyone I know, as I truly understand that great Customer Service will get you repeat customers no matter what you are selling. She spent a lot of time during the sale and after we had closed to make sure we had all our questions answered and were satisfied. Although I haven't had to work with the service department yet, base on Suzanne's comments she will be there to help me have a great experience there also. Kevin was kind, considerate, patient and professional. He took the pain out of car buying. He took the time to explain the many features of the car and how they worked. I drove back to the dealership and Kevin explained the many features that was available on my car and how to use them.
