I purchased a new 2011 Buick Lacrosse from Ewing. I worked mainly with Robert Turlington but also worked with Suzanne Koerwer on one visit when Robert was out of the office. I had been doing research and looking for about 6 months before my purchase. When I narrowed down my selection to a Lacrosse I emailed five area dealers requesting a quote. Ewing Buick was the first to respond. I set up an appointment to speak with Robert Turlington. I had been very specific about what I was looking for in my email to the five dealers. I knew from looking on Ewing's website that they did not have the car with the equipment I desired in stock. With the 2011 out of production, I knew I could not order it from the factory. I did know that two existed in the area in other dealer’s stock. One was a demo. Robert showed me what they had in stock. When I told him I really wanted a car with different options and color then what Ewing had in stock he suggested we go back to his office to see if he could locate one in the area. He found one at a dealership about 30 miles away and stated that it was a dealership that was easy to work with on doing dealer transfers. I told him that was the type of vehicle I was looking to purchase. I told him I wanted some time to think it over and there was no pressure from Robert to sign an agreement to purchase the car that day. I waited until the next afternoon to return to say I wanted to purchase the car. Robert was courteous, friendly and pleasant to work with during the entire process. Suzanne was easy and friendly to work with when I dropped by without an appointment to initiate the dealer transfer process. Suzanne called Robert, who was out delivering a vehicle to another of his customers, to ask if it was OK for her to assist me. Robert and Suzanne (along with another salesman named Randy) seem to work well with each other and help each other out to ensure customers are helped without having to make a return trip to the dealership. Ewing did the dealer transfer and had the car on their lot the next afternoon. The car did not have tinted windows, which was one of the items I wanted. Ewing had the tinting done before I took ownership of the vehicle. There was no heavy pressure during the financing process to purchase anything like extended warranties or such. Robert took time to explain the features of the Lacrosse to me. He also setup my Bluetooth phone connection with my cell phone. Suzanne even helped with removing the fingerprints from the window tinting process. There seems to be a very cooperative spirit within the sales group at Ewing Buick rather than a “cut-throat” attitude that seems to prevail at most dealerships amongst the sales staff. A nice added bonus is the Ewing Edge-added service agreements for free oil changes, car washes, and service assistance for the next THREE years. Overall, I would rate my experience at Ewing Buick as being very satisfying and recommend others to do business with Robert Turlington and Ewing Buick as well. More

I have purchased from this dealership 3 times and have been extremely pleased each time. I shopped online ahead of time and knew exactly what car and features I wanted. Everyone there was very pleasant to work with and we were in and out quickly. The salesperson spent as much time as I wanted explaining all of the features after the purchase was made and I didn't feel rushed. We have never had such a wonderful experience buying a new car! From the moment we stepped out of our car we were greeted by friendly staff members who came up to us and introduced themselves. We had made an appointment with Darrell Dinzy to test drive the 2011 Enclave. We felt right at home immediately. I have to say that was the first time I've ever felt at ease buying a new vehicle. Darrell was just wonderful! He was very informative, kind, personable, and professional, but not pushy at all! He answered all our questions and concerns with care. When it came time to talk finance, Lawrence was just great! He explained all our options very clearly and took great care of us! Darrell and Lawrence provided us with a very enjoyable experience and they definitely sold us not only a wonderful vehicle, but they sold us on Ewing Buick GMC! Darrell followed up with us by email and gave us a call to see how we are doing and if we are enjoying the car. He offered to be there for us if we ever need anything or have any questions. To start - I had wanted a Yukon/Tahoe for many years now and was fortunate to not be in the position of needing a new vehicle. I have spent many hours looking at Yukon vs. Tahoes, details, options, prices, and was fortunate to not be in the position of needing a new vehicle. I have spent many hours looking at Yukon vs. Tahoes, details, options, prices, reviews, etc. I went into this experience knowing exactly what I wanted. We initially went to another GMC dealership 6 months before coming to Ewing but was completely put off by the pushy sale antics of the other dealership and walked away. We finally came to Ewing after using the GMC online tool to build my ideal Yukon and finding a close match at Ewing. Upon arriving at Ewing I found that the Yukon in question was a demo - not a bad thing, but not for me. Kevin took us on a test drive and searched the area inventory, but we didn't find anything that matched what I was looking for. Kevin knew upfront that I was specific in what I did and did not want in my vehicle, that I had done my research and he never tried to sell us on anything that wasn't right for us. After realizing that the vehicle I was looking for didn't exist, Kevin and the sales manager asked if we had thought of building our own vehicle - selecting everything we wanted without including the features for which we had no desire. Eureka! We took all of the details home - a variable checklist to use to design my perfect Yukon - to think about and make sure we were making the right decision. The next day, we were back with Kevin, ordering my perfect Yukon - no pushy tactics, pressure, nothing. Less than 3 weeks later (we were told it could take up to 12 weeks) we got the call that my Yukon was in and ready to be picked up. We easily worked out a fair deal on our trade, good financing terms, and since we were Credit Union members we received discounts without any tough negotiating. It ranked up there with the best car buying experiences we have ever had. The best part was getting exactly what I wanted - without having to pay for what we would never use - and Kevin was the perfect person to help us! More
