When I saw Suzanne's ratings, I was excited to find that others liked her service. She was very nice on the phone, but she was unavailable during my scheduled time to be there. Tony took over, and he was as friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable as you would want. I didn't feel pressure to buy, no hard-sell, etc. Tony knew exactly what I wanted, knew I had chosen my own financial options and respected all of my parameters. There were a few options available, and Tony went the extra mile to work out all of the details for me and my husband. Suzanne also helped me through the delivery portion of the buying process... specifically, she helped me setup bluetooth service, etc. She even gave my son batteries for his new toy! Tony was excellent to work with and was very accommodating, professional and went the extra mile at every turn. Suzanne's reputation speaks for itself, and I can honestly say I witnessed her outstanding customer service first-hand. She is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and goes above and beyond for her customers. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tony and Suzanne. They made this buying experience VERY pleasant. The dealership is very nicely decorated/laid out. Coffee was fresh; there is a beautiful/cozy lounge area with a TV, where kids can watch cartoons/play while parents take care of details. Their offer of free oil changes, car washes, vehicle inspections, etc. are wonderful added bonuses for those concerned with these post-purchase maintenance issues. I highly recommend this dealership, especially if you have a vehicle that you are going to trade in.
